Oh no, maybe try whipping the marshmallow mixture a little longer (so it becomes less runny) and use 1-2 more gelatin sheets. Maybe the strength of gelatin sheet differs from the ones I use. Once finished piping your marshmallow characters let them sit for 20-30 minutes before covering in cornstarch. Hope these tips will help!
